Promises from God will happen - guaranteed. What will it take for an answer to come? That can be the hard part. Sometimes it is a quick answer – and the promise is quickly fulfilled. Sometimes He requires maturity in our lives that takes time to develop (like promising a car for a child- but waiting until they have learned how to drive safely). Sometimes He waits for the next generation to receive the promise that he gave to us (because we never grew up – the children of Israel faced this. Their children entered the promised land because they refused to walk by faith and trust God). Finally, sometimes He waits because others are not ready even though we are (Jesus had to wait to come to this earth, because the world was not ready. Jesus was ready but the world was not). When promises do not get answered we can ask why. If it is because of things in our life, then He will show us because He wants to see us receive His promises. CAUTION! It can be painful to hear that we are not mature and ready. We all like to think we are, usually we are not.

Father, help me to be faithful in your house. You have a simple task for me and I want to be faithful in it. In the end, the house is us - Your people. When we are faithful, Your house functions beautifully. That is my prayer. That when we work together faithfully, we build a house that makes Jesus happy. So help me be faithful. Help me to help others be faithful. Help me to not try and be the builder. The quality that enables us to endure suffering, opposition, and the challenges of life with a steadfast and fearless confidence in God’s provision and protection is courage. And it’s your courage that’s stretched and refined in your darkest and most painful times. Courage is a state of mind that’s absolutely essential for the child of God to triumph. When everything looks bleak and there’s no hope in view, we dauntlessly continue to trust that the Father is in complete control. We don’t give up or quit because we have faith the Lord is still good and has wonderful plans for our lives. We’re willing to face adversity and forgo good opportunities that offer temporary comfort in order to take hold of the very best the Lord has planned for us. “We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments. Every Wednesday Pastor had been calling us to fast for vision for our lives, not just one area but every area of our life. God says write the vision and make it plain. Writing the vision down gives it permission to come to pass. Actually believing that it will come to pass. Fear negates belief, negates God hands, negates His words, negates everything. Write it down and put it into practice. This was really for me but I thought I share.

Hey y’all, My prayers around commUNITY is not because there’s infiltration but God just wants us to be aware of the spirit of offensiveness and defensiveness. Not only in this body but in every body that you are placed in. We are all placed in this body and in every body (work, school, family, etc) for a reason, so be intentional about how you are building it. Hope this helps.

Great mornings everyone, just know that you are right where you belong. Take a step back and see the pressing, the molding , the chiseling, the refining, the reconstructing God is doing. The external things are just distractions. The internal things call for faith, they call for prayer, they call for belief. I’m agreeing with the above statement because God has been revealing unto me my fears via dreams. I am to say no to the enemy which brings on the spirit of fear every day. I can’t fight in the natural but learning how to position to fight in the spirit is where He has me. A small uncomfortable sacrifice for a life long gain.

Prepare your hearts and mind tonight. Write down some of the things you’re fasting for. Have an expectation for what God can do because of what He’s already done. Let His revelation fuel you into destiny. Its homecoming time BTV.

Prayer is a powerful tool and weapon for us as believers and us as His children. Exercise your birthright and go boldly before the throne.
