Waving the spiritual white flag

Surrendering is definitely a hearts posture. In order to wave the white flag there has to be a mental shift of knowing “I’m about to turn myself in to now be told what to do, how to live, and be corrected”. In a real time war, that white flag means I’m ready for them to be my master because we not partners, friends, etc but I’m their servant.
